We are pleased to announce the latest addition to our Sheffield production facility: the JWEI JCUT 2131, a high-end digital cutting and finishing table.
This is more than an investment in a new machine. It is an investment in the future of Pinders, giving our team even more flexibility, greater precision and new creative possibilities across print, display and signage.
The JWEI complements our existing cutting and finishing equipment, strengthening our in-house capability and giving us more options when choosing the right production process for every project.
With this investment, we can offer:
By investing in the right technology today, we can give our customers even more creative opportunities tomorrow.

From cut-to-shape graphics and display materials to specialist signage and branded installations, precise finishing makes a real difference to the final result.
The JWEI JCUT 2131 gives our production team more control over the finishing stage, helping us achieve crisp lines, clean edges and consistent detail. It also means we have even more scope to explore creative ideas that require a more bespoke approach.
Rather than making a concept fit a limited process, we have more flexibility to select the best process for the design, material and intended application.

One particularly exciting area is the ability to create more intricate routed and engraved finishes.
By carefully removing selected areas from a solid material, we can create recessed, layered and relief-style detail that gives a design a three-dimensional effect. This can add depth, texture and visual impact without needing to build a piece from multiple separate layers.
These finishes are ideal for projects such as:

The new JWEI table is an important addition to Pinders’ existing production equipment. It strengthens the capability already within our Sheffield facility while helping us continue to evolve alongside the ambitions of the clients and brands we work with.
Whether a project needs a more intricate cut, a refined finish or a standout dimensional detail, our team can now explore even more creative routes to bring it to life.
If you are planning a print, display or signage project and would like to explore bespoke cutting, specialist finishing or routed detail, our team would be happy to help.
