We were proud to deliver a high-impact stadium branding installation for Rotherham United, working in collaboration with Nikao to enhance visibility within the AESSEAL New York Stadium.

This project combined large-format mesh printing with bespoke fabric production to elevate one of the most visible areas of the ground, the players’ dugout and seating zone.

The Brief

Nikao required a bold, professional branding solution within the stadium seating area that would:

• Act as a compliant safety barrier
• Deliver maximum brand visibility on matchdays
• Integrate seamlessly with existing club branding
• Enhance the appearance of the players’ dugout

The installation needed to withstand outdoor conditions, meet stadium safety standards and maintain visual impact across televised fixtures.

The Solution

3.13m x 15.6m Branded Mesh Safety Banner

We produced and installed a large-format mesh banner measuring 3.13 metres wide by 15.6 metres high, positioned within the seating area.

Using high-quality perforated mesh material, the banner:

• Allows airflow while maintaining structural integrity
• Functions as a safety barrier
• Delivers clear, high-resolution Nikao branding
• Remains durable in all weather conditions

Mesh material is ideal for stadium environments due to wind resistance and long-term outdoor performance, making it a practical and impactful solution for sports venues.

Custom Fabric Dugout Seat Covers

Alongside the mesh banner installation, we manufactured bespoke fabric seat covers for the players’ dugout.

Each cover featured dual branding:

• Official RUFC branding
• Prominent Nikao logo placement

The result elevated the visual presence of the dugout seating area, an area frequently captured in match photography and broadcast coverage.
