We’ve supported a range of print and signage projects across Sheffield city centre, working with Canary & Co over several years on commercial property and regeneration-led spaces.
For this latest stage, we printed and installed internal-facing-out window graphics across multiple units, helping advertise available commercial and retail spaces with clear “To Let” messaging, floor area details and commercial letting contact information.
The video also captures other nearby signage designed, produced and installed by Pinders as part of a separate project, showing the wider role our team has played in supporting print, signage and installation across the area.

As Sheffield city centre continues to develop, available commercial and retail spaces still need to look professional, visible and commercially active.
For this stage of the project, Canary & Co supplied the artwork for a refreshed set of window graphics to advertise available spaces across multiple units.
The aim was to create clear, practical window graphics that could be seen from street level, display key “To Let” information and provide commercial letting contact details for interested businesses.

Empty or available units can easily look unfinished or overlooked, especially in busy city centre locations.
The challenge was to use the windows as valuable marketing space, while keeping the overall finish clean, professional and in keeping with the wider area.
Because the graphics were installed across multiple windows and units, consistency was important. Each graphic needed to be clearly positioned, easy to read and installed neatly from inside the glazing, facing out onto the street.
We printed and installed partial window graphics across multiple units in Sheffield city centre.
The graphics were applied internally, facing out, and included clear “To Let” messaging, floor area details and commercial letting contact information.
This helped turn the windows into practical advertising space for the available commercial and retail units, while keeping the spaces looking more active and professionally presented.
Alongside this recent work for Canary & Co, the video also shows nearby signage designed, produced and installed by Pinders as part of a separate project.

The finished window graphics gave the available units a clearer, more professional presence from street level.
Rather than leaving empty windows unused, the graphics helped communicate the commercial opportunity to people passing through Sheffield city centre.
This project is a strong example of how print and signage can support regeneration, commercial property and development projects at different stages — from promoting available spaces to creating a more polished and considered environment.
It also reflects our wider work across Sheffield city centre, where we’ve supported projects with window graphics, hoarding, brochures, signage and installation over several years.
Our work with Canary & Co has continued over several years, supporting a variety of print and signage requirements across Sheffield and beyond.
From window graphics and hoarding to brochures, commercial property print and project signage, we help developers, commercial property teams and project partners present spaces clearly and professionally.
For regeneration projects, these details matter. Good print and signage can help market available space, support wayfinding, improve presentation and make developing areas feel active, considered and ready for business.

Pinders supports regeneration, retail, commercial property and venue projects across Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester and the wider UK.
From print production and large format graphics to signage, hoarding, brochures, window graphics and installation, we can help bring your project together with practical, professional and visually considered print and signage.
