What Did We Do?

Working alongside Dandelion Activation & Events and Kapital Beer Hall, we helped transform Sheffield’s largest beer venue into a vibrant, Bavarian-inspired celebration for Oktoberfest. The brief was clear, to create an immersive experience that captured the energy of Oktoberfest while keeping Kapital’s strong brand identity at the forefront.

Our role was to produce and install a cohesive package of print and signage solutions, including internal and external window vinyls, PVC beer signs, wooden planter signage, Selfie Board, Posters, Flyers, Menus and custom event passport books. Each element played a part in tying the theme together — from the exterior graphics that drew attention from the street to the printed details that enhanced the guest experience inside.

The goal was to create a cohesive and memorable look that celebrated the fun, energetic feel of Oktoberfest while maintaining Kapital's strong brand identity. Every design element was tailored to suit the venue's character, balancing rustic Bavarian charm with modern branding consistency.

By combining durable materials and striking visuals, we helped Kapital deliver a vibrant, immersive experience for their guests — one that not only captured attention but also reinforced their reputation as Sheffield’s leading beer hall and event destination.
